These terms govern your relationship with Samet Go when using our app or services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Samet Go, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Boat bookings
Bookings are finalized upon provider confirmation. Price, time, and terms may vary based on the operator.
4. Payments and receipts
Payments are made through the methods offered in-app. Receipts and booking references are delivered to your email and booking history.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms follow each operator's policy. Please review before confirming a booking.
6. Social trips
Users are responsible for their own decisions to join trips. Samet Go facilitates but does not mediate interpersonal disputes.
7. User-generated content
You keep ownership of your content but grant Samet Go the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g., displaying chat messages and trip profiles).
8. Prohibited conduct
Illegal use, harassment, or infringing content is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except as required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand; disputes are subject to Thai jurisdiction.
